Trump: Hope to sign stablecoin legislation before August

If possible, I hope the lawmakers can send the bill to my desk before the August recess."Trump also discussed the issue of de-banking during the summit and called for an end to "Operation Choke Point 2.0," which has become a hot topic among some legislators and the digital asset industry in recent months. Cryptocurrency companies have increasingly criticized this, stating that they face challenges in seeking to establish and maintain bank accounts in the U.S.Trump stated, "They (the Biden administration) are forcing banks to close the accounts of cryptocurrency businesses and entrepreneurs, effectively preventing the transfer of funds between some exchanges, and weaponizing the government against the entire industry."
