Kraken Survey: 88% of Cryptocurrency Holders Believe They Missed Out on Significant Gains

The survey focuses on the FOMO (fear of missing out) and FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) sentiments of U.S. cryptocurrency holders, with 1,248 respondents, exploring how these sentiments affect their investment decisions.Many respondents believe they have missed potential gains. According to Kraken, 88% of survey participants feel they have missed significant profits. The emotions of the survey respondents may be influenced by the bullish market led by Bitcoin. Although some participants feel they have missed opportunities, many respondents still believe their cryptocurrency investments can yield potential returns. The survey results show that about 84% of people still look forward to future opportunities in cryptocurrency investments.When asked about their biggest concerns, 60% of respondents pointed out that the most worrying missed opportunity is a sudden price surge. 63% of respondents believe that sentiment has negatively impacted their portfolios. At the same time, 81% of survey participants stated that their investment decisions were based on FUD sentiment, while 84% acted based on FOMO when prices rose.
