According to the international organization's red notice, 30-year-old Huang is wanted in Hong Kong for one count of fraud and two counts of theft.A source familiar with the case said on Wednesday that Huang, known as the "young master of the crypto circle," is linked to several cases, including a cryptocurrency fraud case involving over 3 million Hong Kong dollars, which is being investigated by the police's Commercial Crime Bureau.It is reported that the red notice is a request sent to law enforcement agencies worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest a person before extradition, transfer, or similar legal actions.
