According to Chain Catcher news and the Financial Times, South Korean prosecutors have requested Interpol to issue a red notice for Do Kwon, the co-founder of the collapsed cryptocurrency operator Terraform Labs, stating that he has refused to cooperate with the South Korean investigation into the $40 billion implosion of UST and LUNA. The Seoul Southern District Prosecutor's Office announced on Monday that it has requested the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs to revoke Kwon's South Korean passport.

A red notice represents the highest level of urgent notification, allowing for the temporary detention of a suspect when a country has a bilateral extradition treaty with the notifying country. Member countries of Interpol can immediately arrest the wanted person based on the red notice and proceed with international extradition according to their national laws. (Financial Times)
