Marco Monaco stated that he resigned from Consensys in mid-June and officially exited the project in mid-July.Marco Monaco said: "Over the past two years, I have spent nearly 20 hours a day bringing a business vision to Linea, building a vibrant ecosystem. I truly wish I had more time to fully realize my vision and change people's perception of this network, not just seeing it as a mining purpose, but focusing more on the Linea community and improving organic engagement with the help of MetaMask. Linea is currently undergoing significant transformation. The leadership at Consensys and I have mutually agreed that the best path forward for Linea does not involve me personally, as our visions are no longer aligned. Players will receive 17,500 tokens at the start of the game.
