CESS Tutorial Series: How to Deploy the CESS Storage Miner Program

CESS conducted a testnet version update on September 6, 2022, upgrading from version v0.5.0 to v0.5.1, and launched the testing of the randomly selected rotating consensus node mechanism (R²S) for the first time.
