Blockchain Technology and CESS Global Ambassador Program

Who We Need

As the CESS community and ecosystem continue to grow, CESS has launched its first ambassador program and opened it to everyone. CESS ambassadors will be divided into community, technical, and content groups based on different skills and responsibilities, with specific talent needs and skill focuses as follows:

Community Group

• Actively participate in and help maintain community order, update the community with first-hand CESS news, and assist in answering user questions.
• CESS needs event ambassadors who are good at organizing and executing, assisting in organizing online and offline events within the community and ecosystem.
• Maintain the community in your language, and potentially serve as the CESS ambassador for your country/region in the future.
• Actively promote CESS in other communities, sparking more interest and participation.

Technical Group

• As a technical ambassador, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development process of the CESS core technology team, helping the team with internal testing and code improvements.
• Help maintain the CESS technical community, including WeChat and Telegram technical communities as well as Discord groups.
• Assist in training new CESS miners and participate in miner management and support.

Content Group

• CESS needs friends who are skilled in writing articles, creating images, producing videos, and any other multimedia formats, while also needing to correctly understand CESS's mechanisms and values. You can share this content on your own social media platforms.
• Ambassadors with translation abilities in different languages can help CESS spread its consensus worldwide, completing localization translations for content, Wiki, web assets, and other materials.

CESS is an open and inclusive ecosystem, and the above is by no means an exclusive list of responsibilities. The duties of CESS ambassadors are not limited to the above; if you have special talents or other contribution ideas, please write them down when applying.

Ambassador Growth Mechanism

For the long-term development of the community and to ensure the quality of ambassador work while enhancing work enthusiasm, the CESS community provides a "promotion pathway" for ambassadors. Those who perform outstandingly will have the opportunity to grow into higher-level ambassadors, responsible for coordination, management, and other aspects of work, further leveraging their abilities while receiving higher incentives and enjoying more community benefits!

We have set up three "levels": Junior CESS Fan, Intermediate CESS Fan, and Senior CESS Fan. After applicants go through the CESS ambassador application and interview, they will officially become junior ambassadors. They can choose a work group based on their willingness and interests to jointly set a 3-month goal with us. Junior ambassadors who successfully complete tasks within the specified time and receive an excellent final review will automatically be promoted to intermediate ambassadors, and so on… We will ensure that outstanding talents can fully realize their potential in the CESS ecosystem through a scientifically sound ambassador growth mechanism.
