ChainCatcher news, some institutional holders of Grayscale Bitcoin and Ethereum funds have joined Alameda's lawsuit against Grayscale and launched GrayscaleLitigation.com to facilitate other holders in joining the plaintiffs.It is reported that Alameda initiated the lawsuit against Grayscale in March this year, seeking to reduce management fees and allow redemptions. Subsequently, Grayscale stated that plaintiffs need to hold at least 10% of the total trust fund, and currently, Fir Tree Partners, Saba Capital, Owl Creek Asset Management, Aristides Capital, and others have joined.
