ChainCatcher news, according to CryptoSlate, the blockchain company BTCS Inc. disclosed that Yahoo Finance has recently allegedly blocked press releases from cryptocurrency companies, as announcements distributed through mainstream news release services have failed to appear on the platform. Other cryptocurrency-focused companies, including Marathon Digital Holdings, Riot Platforms, Strategy, Bitfarms, CleanSpark, TeraWulf, and Argo Blockchain, have also failed to publish announcements on the platform.After inquiring with GlobeNewswire, BTCS learned that Yahoo Finance seems to intentionally not display press releases related to the cryptocurrency industry, but did not provide an official explanation. BTCS CEO Charles Allen pointed out that this practice affects investors' access to fair information and called for Yahoo Finance to publicly clarify its relevant policies. As of now, Yahoo Finance has not responded.

It is currently unclear which other crypto trading companies Apollo has approached as potential crypto partners.Apollo is looking for a cryptocurrency trading platform with sufficient liquidity to handle the trading volume from Yahoo (such as Binance, Coinbase, or Kraken), while also needing a compliant company to manage KYC/AML policies.
