According to Warriors Chief Business Officer Mike Kitts, the partnership with Coinbase aims to "leverage blockchain technology to build fan communities." The cryptocurrency exchange has already reached agreements with the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA), NBA, NBA G League, and NBA 2K League.
