Bitget will collaborate with the UN Refugee Agency to donate 100,000 iftar meals
ChainCatcher news, Bitget announced that during Ramadan, it will collaborate with well-known humanitarian organizations such as the UN Refugee Agency and the UN World Food Programme to donate 100,000 iftar meals to those in need, aiming to help vulnerable communities facing significant crises alleviate hunger.According to the plan, Bitget will first donate 10,000 iftar meals. Meanwhile, during Ramadan, Bitget will host a series of iftar dinners in locations such as Dubai and Istanbul, inviting guests participating in the dinners to contribute to the fundraising. Bitget will match their goodwill 1:1, donating the same amount. Additionally, through an exclusive partnership with La Liga, Bitget will also hold a charity auction at the dinners, with all proceeds going towards this charitable initiative until 100,000 iftar meals are donated.Bitget's Chief Operating Officer Vugar Usi Zade stated, "During Ramadan, through our global network, we hope to make a tangible impact on communities in distress, demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of the crypto industry to help more people through difficult times."
