ChainCatcher news, the OKX Web3 wallet has now taken the lead in integrating the Blast network, allowing users to switch to the Blast network with one click without manual configuration for managing corresponding cryptocurrencies. Additionally, users can discover and interact with Blast network ecosystem DApps in the OKX Web3 wallet's discovery section.It is reported that Blast is a second-layer network based on Optimistic Rollups technology and is compatible with Ethereum, aiming to improve the efficiency and scalability of the Ethereum network. The OKX Web3 wallet is an industry-leading one-stop Web3 gateway, now supporting over 85 public chains, with a unified experience across app, plugin, and web, covering five major areas: wallet, DEX, DeFi, NFT marketplace, and DApp exploration, and supporting Ordinals marketplace, MPC and AA smart contract wallets, gas exchange, and hardware wallet connections.

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, Fantom Foundation co-founder and architect Andre Cronje stated that Fantom is considering integrating Optimistic Rollup to connect Fantom to Ethereum.Andre Cronje mentioned that if Fantom adopts Optimistic Rollup and provides a complete transaction history on Ethereum, then Fantom will need to pay transaction fees to write these snapshots to Ethereum. Fantom Foundation CEO Michael Kong added that implementing Layer 2 technology in this way would enable the Fantom network to gain more liquidity from the Ethereum ecosystem.
