Although these websites are currently inaccessible, the public should be cautious as fraudsters may continue to establish new websites with similar domain names.The SFC urges the public to refer to the public register of licensed persons and registered institutions and the list of licensed virtual asset trading platforms to check the latest information on licensed institutions, licensed virtual asset trading platforms, and their official websites.

According to Chain Catcher news and a report by The Wall Street Journal, private equity giant KKR announced a partnership with the securities firm Securitize to offer a portion of its private equity fund on Avalanche. Qualified purchasers (with $5 million in investable assets) can invest in KKR's fund through a tokenized side fund after creating a crypto wallet and registering with Securitize.
