The list consists of 7 representatives, including GFX Labs and blockchain associations from six universities: the University of Southern California, Carnegie Mellon University, Purdue University, North Carolina State University, Georgia Institute of Technology, and Northeastern University. Each representative will receive a delegation of 1 million OP tokens, expected to be completed by the end of March.Shuel stated that a16z evaluated potential representatives based on 9 key criteria and signed legal agreements with the selected representatives, ensuring that they will not control the delegated votes.
