Bitwise applies to register a Dogecoin-related ETF in Delaware, USA
ChainCatcher news, according to the official website of the Delaware Department of State, Bitwise has submitted documents to Delaware to apply for the registration of the Bitwise Dogecoin ETF. The formation date is January 22, 2025, and the registered agent is CSC DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY.Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart commented: "Note: This is just a trust registration, and it is still not the formal ETF filing submitted to the SEC. At least not yet."
