As part of the deal, Satsuma will merge with Alchemy and operate as Alchemy Subgraphs, with specific terms of the transaction not disclosed.This acquisition occurs under the conditions of a bear market in the crypto space, but Alchemy's product manager Mike Garland stated that the deal is unrelated to the bear market environment.
