ChainCatcher news, according to Blockworks, the Ethereum L2 project Fhenix has announced a partnership with EigenLayer to develop the FHE co-processor, which will introduce Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) into smart contracts.It is reported that a co-processor is an additional processor designed to perform specialized tasks more efficiently than a central processing unit. The FHE co-processor is characterized by its ability to compute on encrypted data without needing to decrypt the information first, ensuring that sensitive and complex computational tasks are not handled on Ethereum or subsequent Layer 2 or Layer 3 solutions, but rather by designated processors.Additionally, the FHE co-processor will provide a more efficient way to handle encrypted data without exposing personal information, thereby unlocking new use cases on the blockchain.

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Ethereum ZK co-processor Axiom has completed a $20 million funding round, led by Standard Crypto and Paradigm.It is reported that the funds will be used to further develop the protocol and for new hiring. Axiom allows smart contract developers to access Ethereum's historical data and then perform computations off-chain.
