The original trial date was set for this December.Storm's legal team has filed a motion with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to overturn the order regarding expert witnesses, with a hearing scheduled for November 12.Storm faces three charges of alleged money laundering, unlicensed money transmission, and sanctions violations, which could result in a maximum sentence of 45 years in prison if convicted.
