ChainCatcher news, Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett revealed that court documents show U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson approved the joint motion to stay the lawsuit between the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Binance on February 13. The order will pause the case for 60 days and requires both parties to submit a joint status report by April 14, 2025.
