An investor has filed a securities fraud allegation against Roaring Kitty
ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, GMP call option holder Martin Radev filed a lawsuit against Roaring Kitty on June 28 in the Eastern District of New York through his law firm Pomerantz, accusing him of orchestrating a "pump and dump" scheme through a series of social media posts starting from May 13.Former federal prosecutor and founding partner of Dynamis LLP, Eric Rosen, stated that the lawsuit was "doomed to fail from the start." The claim that "Roaring Kitty should have disclosed his intention to sell options" does not hold up in court, as no "rational person, let alone a rational investor," would expect Roaring Kitty to hold all options until the expiration date.
