ChainCatcher news, according to a report by Decrypt, a new report from the EU indicates that Bitcoin's Lightning Network and other L2 solutions are "data obfuscation" technologies that could be "misused by criminals."The report states that the Lightning Network's "peer-to-peer multi-signature payment channels do not broadcast all transactions to the blockchain, but only broadcast the opening and closing of the channels," adding that it and other L2 solutions may pose "challenges for law enforcement investigations."
