According to TASS, if the plan is implemented, cryptocurrency mining with unregistered devices in the system will be "impossible."The plan, led by Deputy Minister Yevgeny Grabchak, is part of proposed amendments to existing mining regulations aimed at better identifying domestic mining activities, especially those taking place in areas where mining is not permitted.
