ChainCatcher news, according to a report by Jinshi citing CCTV News, the budget laboratory at Yale University has released a research report estimating the impact of all tariff measures implemented in the United States by 2025 and retaliatory tariffs from other countries as of April 9.The report shows that tariffs will cause American households to lose an average of $4,400. Researchers indicate that the overall average effective tariff rate faced by American consumers is 25.3%, the highest level since 1909. In the long term, the U.S. economy will continue to shrink by 0.6%, equivalent to a reduction of $160 billion per year.
