According to local media reports, the Abuja court has issued an arrest warrant for prison doctor Abraham Ehizoje.This decision was made at the request of Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan's lawyer. Gambaryan's legal team accused Ehizoje of failing to comply with orders regarding the provision of medical reports for the detained executive.

The warrant was issued because Ehizojie failed to provide a medical report for Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan or failed to appear in court as previously ordered.Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) lawyer Ekene Iheanacho expressed surprise at the absence of the medical personnel. Mordi requested the court to issue a warrant for the doctor’s arrest and to send Gambaryan to the hospital for immediate medical diagnosis, citing that his client was suffering from severe back pain and his health condition was deteriorating.
