The lawsuit claims that the abusive behavior "occurred several times a week." It states that "as a direct and proximate result of the aforementioned sexual assault," the plaintiff has experienced "severe emotional distress, mental anguish, and depression, which is expected to continue."Ann has previously publicly accused her brother of sexual abuse on platforms like X, but this is her first time taking him to court.
