ChainCatcher news, Binance requests the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) to dismiss most of the BSV Claims' conspiracy lawsuit against Binance and three other cryptocurrency exchanges.Binance delisted the token in 2019, and BSV Claims argues that this constitutes collusive anti-competitive behavior. Binance lawyer Brian Kennelly stated that BSV holders "could reasonably sell it and reinvest in similar cryptocurrencies." Other defendants in the case include Bittylicious, Kraken, and Shapeshift.
