Solana co-founder: Developers are designing solutions to address the congestion issues on the Solana network
ChainCatcher news, Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko stated that to address the congestion issues on the Solana network, the Solana development team is designing effective solutions, and a software patch is also in development, but it will take some time. The 1.18 version update, scheduled for release in April, will introduce enhancements to make transaction scheduling more deterministic, aiming to streamline the processing and reduce bottlenecks. The current congestion may extend to the network's infrastructure, thereby affecting users' ability to interact with the blockchain. In this regard, Solana's Agave validator client developer Anza will release a patch to address specific issues related to the QUIC implementation. These updates are expected to improve client performance, especially in scenarios involving a large number of requests.
