ChainCatcher news, according to official sources, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) have announced enhanced cooperation in the regulation of capital markets and the regulatory framework for digital assets to support the development of Vietnam's regulatory framework for digital assets.
