ChainCatcher news, the Hong Kong-listed company Yuxing Technology announced that it has conducted a series of transactions in the open market from July 25, 2024, to December 31, 2024.Including:(i) Purchased approximately 78.2 units of Bitcoin at an average price of $80,960 per unit, with a total cost of approximately $6.3 million (excluding transaction costs)(ii) Sold approximately 6.3 million units of USDT at an average price of $1 per unit, with a total value of approximately $6.3 million (excluding transaction costs). The USDT sold under this transaction was used to convert into an equivalent amount of Bitcoin for the purchase mentioned above.

ChainCatcher news, Yuxing Technology conducted cryptocurrency trading activities from March 18 to 20, 2024, purchasing approximately 14.4 million dollars worth of stablecoins (about 9.6 million USDC and about 4.8 million USDT), and selling an equivalent amount of Bitcoin (selling 113 BTC at an average price of 66,000 dollars) and ETH (selling 2012 ETH at an average price of 3,436 dollars).The board believes that now is an appropriate time to convert the company's holdings of Bitcoin and Ethereum into stablecoins and realize investment returns.
