ChainCatcher news, SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce stated in an interview that she may reconsider the creation/repurchase of similar Stake and Ethereum/Bitcoin ETFs. She said, "I think things like staking, or any features of a product... for me, these are always worth reconsidering."
