Laos National Digital Technology Group (LADT) has secured a $3 million angel round investment led by HashKey Capital, which will promote the issuance of stablecoins in ASEAN and the launch of the first batch of TON chain ecosystem products NewPay+ and RetoLabs
This round of financing will be used to promote the compliance and internationalization process of the ASEAN stablecoin USDA.
