Top three in the Public Goods track: SLOAD, PADO, Puzzle3; Layer2 track: GasLockR, Nirvana, Signer; Open Research track: Nine Turns Ethereum, 0xdeadbeef, Centralization Risks and Optimization Solutions of Ethereum Consensus Layer.
