ChainCatcher message, Blockworks Research has initiated a community proposal on Arbitrum to establish the Arbitrum Alliance, led by Blockworks Research, Gauntlet, and Trail of Bits, for a duration of 12 months, aimed at helping Arbitrum DAO members turn their ideas into reality.It is reported that the total cost of the alliance for one year will be based on the 30-day VWAP price of ARB on the day before the on-chain proposal, estimated to require approximately 2.2 million ARB, of which 1/4 of the funds will be pre-paid to each alliance member 91 days after the execution of the AIP, and the remaining 3/4 will be paid in installments over 274 days. The flow of funds will remain under the control of the DAO and can be cut off at any time through on-chain DAO proposals.

ChainCatcher news, the MakerDAO community has voted to approve a governance proposal for execution. This proposal involves changing the BlockTower RWA vault debt ceiling, adjusting several risk parameters, raising the DAI Savings Rate (DSR) to 3.49%, and lowering the USDP PSM debt ceiling to 0 DAI, among other things. ChainCatcher news, the Arbitrum Foundation has submitted two new proposals aimed at limiting its own power and expanding the budget oversight and governance power of ARB token holders. The first proposal AIP-1.1 suggests locking the remaining 700 million ARB of the foundation in a smart contract, which will unlock over four years. The foundation will not be able to use the tokens until the community members approve the token distribution budget, and a portion of the tokens will be used to fund the Arbitrum Foundation's operational budget for the first year.The second proposal AIP-1.2 aims to modify several governance documents of the Arbitrum ecosystem, including lowering the threshold of ARB tokens required to submit improvement proposals on-chain from 5 million ARB to 1 million ARB. DAO members will have three days to provide feedback on the proposals, after which both proposals will undergo a week-long snapshot vote. (source link)
