ChainCatcher news, Galaxy's Vice President of Research Christine Kim published a summary of the 132nd Ethereum Core Developers Consensus (ACDC) conference call. This week, developers discussed the preparations for the first Pectra developer test network (Pectra Devnet 0) and reviewed related specifications and two research projects. Developers also discussed unresolved issues related to EIP-7251, EIP-7549, and Electra.In response to these issues, developers proposed solutions and plan to finalize them within the week. Additionally, developers discussed a new EIP aimed at creating a universal EL request to simplify the message transmission process.
