ChainCatcher news, according to The Information, asset tokenization company Securitize has acquired crypto investment startup Onramp Invest, with the acquisition amount undisclosed. It is reported that Securitize has raised over $120 million from supporters including Blockchain Capital, Coinbase Ventures, and funds managed by Morgan Stanley.According to the crypto data platform RootData, Securitize is a fully digital integrated platform for issuing, managing, and trading digital asset securities; Onramp Invest is a digital, comprehensive crypto asset management solution that helps financial advisors invest in cryptocurrencies.
