ChainCatcher news, Nasdaq-listed company Nature's Miracle Holding Inc. announced the establishment of its wholly-owned subsidiary NM Data Inc., which will primarily focus on the development and acquisition of Bitcoin mining facilities. It has currently signed an agreement to invest $3 million in the Bitcoin mining company Future Tech.It is reported that the initial investment for this transaction is $200,000, with an additional $2.8 million to be paid within twelve months after the initial closing. Upon completion of the transaction, NM Data will own 51% of Future Tech.
