ChainCatcher news, the Lido ecosystem organization Lido DAO is funding =nil; Foundation and Metacraft Labs to explore the use of zkLLVM technology for additional soundness and correctness checks on the trustless zk-proof TVL oracle through LEGO (Lido Ecosystem Grants Organisation). This funding aims to build trustless accounting technology, which, if implemented, will serve as an additional check for the oracle without completely replacing the current accounting oracle; it focuses on supporting decentralization and reducing trust in the oracle accounting process, providing better decentralized support for existing protocols.Lido also stated that if zk-proof technology proves to be efficient, secure, and beneficial for the operation of the Lido Protocol oracle accounting, there may be a gradual rollout of broader functionalities across the entire oracle system in the future.
