Later, this VC withdrew 14.1 billion PEPE (1.6 million USD), 281,000 LDO (508,000 USD), and 3.41 million USDT from Binance.The multi-signature 0xbba (suspected to belong to MakerDAO) deposited 2,350 MKR (6.8 million USD) into Binance. It is reported that since April 25, MakerDAO has offloaded 16,000 MKR (45.2 million USD) to Binance at an approximate price of 2,823 USD, with the aforementioned deposit being the largest outflow amount.

According to ChainCatcher news, data from Spot on Chain shows that the address marked as ParaFi Capital, 0x4655, has unlocked 5,000 MKR, worth 3.61 million dollars. It transferred 2,000 MKR, approximately 1.43 million dollars, to Coinbase.ParaFi Capital is one of the investors in MakerDAO since 2020 and had accumulated 17,000 MKR through the Coinbase platform and Genesis Trading OTC in 2021 and 2022, at a price of 2,922 dollars, of which 12,500 MKR were collateralized to Maker Governance.
