ChainCatcher news, M11 Credit stated on Twitter that the application for M11 Credit and the Maple Foundation to appoint Orthogonal as the temporary liquidator has been approved, but Kroll will still retain its status as liquidator and will also support Kroll's work in asset recovery. M11 Credit indicated that Kroll will subsequently begin investigating the assets held by Orthogonal and controlling the Orthogonal accounts. (Source link)
