Avara will become the parent company of Aave, Lens, the stablecoin GHO, Sonar, and other brands. Meanwhile, Avara has also acquired the Los Angeles Web3 startup Los Feliz Engineering, marking the company's second acquisition following the acquisition of the metaverse mobile app Sonar in December 2022.
