(Inflows/outflows refer to the inflow/outflow from exchanges to the chain.)The large outflow on the chain surpassed the significant movement of the "U.S. government" address earlier today (amounting to $2 billion), which is 19 times the average daily inflow amount of funds from Bitcoin spot ETF channels.
