HyperPay's global CEO Gary has officially signed the acquisition agreement, intending to acquire the Central African Digital Bank for $20 million. Gary stated that this acquisition will accelerate the compliant operation and business expansion of the HyperPay wallet in the global market, enabling the HyperPay wallet to possess the business capabilities of both traditional banks and digital currency banks, bridging CeFi and DeFi application scenarios.
