ChainCatcher news, Interface News reported that Musk's xAI announced on December 13 local time that it will begin to roll out the new Grok-2 model for free to all users on the X platform.In the past few weeks, the company has been testing the new version of the Grok-2 model, which has tripled its speed and improved accuracy, instruction following, and multilingual capabilities.

ChainCatcher news, Musk's AI company xAI recently announced the early preview of Grok-2, which features capabilities in chatting, coding, and reasoning.xAI also launched the Grok-2 mini version. Both Grok-2 and Grok-2 mini are currently in the testing phase on X.xAI will also provide both models through its enterprise API later this month. xAI stated that Grok-2 shows significant improvements in content retrieval reasoning and its tool usage capabilities, such as correctly identifying missing information, reasoning through event sequences, and discarding irrelevant posts.
