Ghozali stated that during the determination of the presale quantity, a large number of witch attacks using false identities were discovered. To maintain fairness and transparency, over 100 ETH (12.5%) of witch identities have been blocked, and participants who joined afterward can still request a refund. Once detected as a witch attack, the relevant users will only receive the first transaction, capped at 2 ETH, and refunds for eligible participants will be processed within the next 12-24 hours.
