ChainCatcher news, according to Jinshi reports, NVIDIA launched a general-purpose foundational model for the robotics field, named GROOT, at the GTC conference held in San Jose, USA. In addition, NVIDIA also introduced a new computer for robots, Thor, which has been specifically optimized for performance, power consumption, and size. NVIDIA hopes that this initiative will give robots a smarter brain, enabling them to observe human behavior and make natural mimicking actions, significantly improving coordination and flexibility in their movements.
