Users can register for the FHE random number (RandGen Hub) to participate as Voters in fully homomorphic encryption voting or use vFHE delegation for voting delegation.Mind Network is the first fully encrypted infrastructure based on FHE for Web3, innovatively utilizing fully homomorphic encryption technology to provide end-to-end encryption for AI and Web3 networks, and offering solutions for data sovereignty protection, fair consensus, encrypted voting, and secure cross-chain transfers.
