ChainCatcher news, Ethereum developers have decided to consider incorporating 8 Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) into the upcoming network hard fork named "Shanghai." The hard fork upgrade will unlock ETH withdrawals staked on the Beacon Chain (EIP-4895), and may include proposals to address scalability issues (EIP-4844) and other proposals aimed at improving the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) (EOF implementation-related proposals EIP-3540, EIP-3670, EIP-4200, EIP-4570, EIP-5450).Other proposals also include adding BLS precompiles EIP-2537, which would allow Ethereum to create more secure cryptographic proofs and enable better interoperability with the Beacon Chain.Letting EIPs be "considered for inclusion" (CFI) means that developers will commit to developing these proposals and will test them through the developer network (Devnet). However, there is no guarantee that all these proposals will ultimately be included in the Shanghai upgrade. Chain Catcher news, EIP-4895 initiator Alex Stokes stated on Twitter that the proposal is ready to be deployed during the Ethereum Shanghai upgrade. EIP-4895: Beacon chain push withdrawals as operations, mainly aims to establish the primary process for withdrawals from the beacon chain.
