ChainCatcher news, the Web3 domain and identity platform SPACE ID announces the upcoming launch of SPACE ID 3.0, which allows the Web3 community to launch domain services without permission. SPACE ID 3.0 includes a permissionless one-stop issuance toolkit, a Web3 domain SDK, and a domain management platform (Domain Dashboard), enabling projects, communities, and individuals to easily launch their own domain services. The Space ID 3.0 upgrade will be rolled out in multiple phases over the next few weeks.SPACE ID states that DAOs will play a significant role in the governance of SPACE ID 3.0. For example, ID token holders will have more governance power and responsibilities, including determining the legitimacy of top-level domains and the required verification standards; ID tokens must be staked before using the SPACE ID 3.0 protocol and tools; and additional revenue will be generated for the DAO treasury from the protocol fees charged for top-level domains launched on SPACE ID 3.0.In addition, SPACE ID 3.0's partners will include, but are not limited to: Sei, Injective, ZetaChain, PancakeSwap, KuCoin Community Chain, Gnosis Chain, and Opside.
