ChainCatcher news, domain registration startup D3 has completed a $25 million financing round, led by Paradigm.This round of financing also attracted participation from Coinbase Ventures (Coinbase's investment arm) and several industry leaders. D3 plans to use the funds to establish more strategic partnerships and help other companies adopt its blockchain technology. D3 previously completed a $5 million seed round in 2023.D3 will launch the Doma blockchain, aimed at building blockchain infrastructure that supports website domain registration and transactions.

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, Shiba Inu developers are collaborating with internet domain company D3 to launch a ".shib" domain as part of a project focused on identity.Shiba Inu representatives stated that they are working with D3 to apply for the ".shib" top-level domain and plan to submit the application through ICANN (the global database for internet domains) during the next application window.
