ChainCatcher news, trading company OANDA Global Corporation announced the acquisition of a majority stake in the cryptocurrency trading platform Coinpass Limited. Through Coinpass, OANDA will be able to invest in and develop cryptocurrency trading products in the UK market. Coinpass will continue to serve corporate clients while expanding its B2B2C capabilities.It is reported that Coinpass Limited was established in 2018 and is a cryptocurrency asset company registered with the UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). OANDA was founded in 1996 and provides multi-asset trading, currency data, and analytics services to retail and corporate clients worldwide.
